“Absolutely straight, no BS, a real pleasure to work with”
Todd just finished construction of our new home in Kaanapali Golf Estates. He did an outstanding job. 1. On time, on budget. Superb, tight scheduling of material purchases and subcontractors, so no downtime or waiting. Home was finished 10 months after slab was poured, which is amazingly quick for Maui, since everything has to be imported. Very conservative on cost estimates, so no unpleasant surprises. 2. Quality exceeded our expectations. He has a great team, and first-rate subcontractors. We'd previously built a home in the D.C. Area, and this was far superior. 3. Worked seamlessly with our architect Linda Lange. A real partnership. No finger-pointing, no crossed wires. 4. Client focus. Listens well, has creative ideas on how to save $$, absolutely straight, no BS. A real pleasure to work with.
“The best experience we've had with a contractor ever”
We hired Todd and his team for a remodel of our 2 story Ohana that sustained significant water damage after a large irrigation pipe from the neighboring sugar cane field burst. The Ohana needed to be completely gutted after the roof caved in and everything inside destroyed by water. Todd and his team did an amazing job putting it all back together. New sheet rock/walls, flooring, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, counter tops, fixtures, appliances , etc- pretty much everything needed replacing. And we couldn't be happier with the final product. Todd was professional, timely, skilled, honest, and reasonably priced. And so easy to work with! The best experience we've had with a contractor ever - and we've had many. We highly recommend Todd and his team for any kind of building projects or design. He's our go-to guy from now on for future projects.

Todd Boyd did a marvelous refresh/remodel of our unit at Wailea Point. The complex was built in the nineteen eighties and this particular unit hadn't had much done to it since. As a result unexpected problems kept revealing themselves. Plus, it all had to be handled at distance as my husband and I were in California while the work was being done. Todd handled it all with aplomb and good humor. The job was finished on time and on budget and we are delighted with the results. We plan to do more significant work on the unit in the future and wouldn't consider hiring anybody else!
